For the best result, the photo should be:

  • Taken under natural daylight or in a well-lit room (avoid shadows)
  • Ensure your pet's entire face and neck are in the frame
  • Try to take the photo at eye level with your pet facing the camera

Once our artists create your pet portrait, we will email you a preview for approval. You can request unlimited edits.

Do you do just dogs and cats?

All pets are welcome! We can create a portrait for any animal, regardless of species or breed.

We also do Human portraits.

Do all my pets have to be in one picture?

No, your pets don't have to be in one picture. We can create a portrait from separate photos.

Can I see the artwork before it gets printed?

Yes, you certainly can. Before printing, all customers are sent an email with your preview. You can request any changes before printing.

What if I don't like the artwork?

We're 100% committed to making sure you adore your artwork!

We'll send you an email when your portrait is complete. You have 4 days to send us your revision requests or approve the print version. If we don't hear from you within 4 days, we'll consider it accepted and move on with printing.

We're proud to provide unlimited free revisions, so you can be sure you'll love your portrait.

I already have a portrait from you. Do I have to pay the full price?

No you don't. Please select the option "I already have a portrait from you" option and add your order number.
